Gemau Cymru – Gold for Bryn Williams and Personal Best for Emily Oldfield
Congratulations to our swimmers Bryn Williams and Emily Oldfield who were identified from the Swim Wales Long and Short Course Rankings 2012 ranked between 31st and 60th as eligible to enter Gemau Cymru.
Gemau Cymru is a multi sport event held in Cardiff for the young athletes of Wales. This year it was held on the weekend of 13-15 July 2012 with the Swimming event held in Cardiff International Swimming Pool.
Bryn swam in the 50 m front crawl event and got a PB and first place GOLD.
Emily swam in the 50 m front crawl event and got a PB.
Gemau Cymru was filmed by S4C and highlights will be televised on Friday 20th at 9.30pm and Saturday 21st July at 5pm.
